About us
We're building Wealthii Kids so the next generation doesn't have to.
By the time most people learn how money really works (how to save, how to wait, how not to let it run their emotions), they've already picked up a decade of habits nobody taught them on purpose. The worry, the impulse, the guilt: those start young, long before anyone hands you a budget.
We think that's backwards. The best time to build a calm, confident relationship with money isn't in your twenties, patching over old patterns. It's at eight, nine, ten, when a kid is just starting to earn a little, want a lot, and figure out the difference.
So we built the thing we wish we'd had as kids.
Wealthii Kids teaches real money skills (earning, saving, needs versus wants, giving, waiting) through a world kids actually want to return to. A frozen dragon sanctuary that wakes back into colour, one lesson at a time. The learning is what breaks the curse.
And because so much of money is emotional, we didn't stop at the facts. Woven through the lessons are small moments of pause, space for a kid to notice what they're feeling before they choose. We care as much about raising a calm head around money as a clever one.
We also don't think this is only a kid's job. As Wealthii Kids grows, parents get a place in the story too: a guide of their own, small insights into their own money habits, and an ancient dragon the whole family wakes together. The lessons land harder when a kid sees a grown-up doing the work alongside them.
We're a small team, and we've made deliberate choices most kids' apps don't. No ads. No selling data. No currency your child can buy with real money. No streaks engineered to guilt kids back in. We'd rather build something a parent can hand over without a second thought than something that squeezes another five minutes out of a child's attention.
Wealthii Kids is made by Tide Turner Learning Inc., based in St. John's, Newfoundland, on the eastern edge of Canada, which feels about right for a company trying to turn the tide on how kids grow up with money.
What we hold to
Everything serves the skill. If a feature is fun but doesn't teach or protect, we cut it.
No ads, no data selling, no dark patterns. Your child is a player we're teaching, never an audience we're monetizing.
Getting ahead comes from learning, never from a parent's credit card. That's the lesson, built into the mechanics.
